Our visit to Kith Chicago with students from After School Matters on October 13th, 2026 was a success. After School Matters is a non-profit organization in Chicago dedicated to helping teens explore their interests and build skills for college, careers, and beyond through paid after-school and summer programs. During their visit, the students got an inside look at how the Chicago store came to be and connected directly with our retail staff. Team members shared personal stories about their professional journeys, detailed their daily roles, and shed light on what it takes to build and sustain a business in retail and fashion.
After exploring the space and taking a full store tour, the group wrapped up their visit with Kith Treats and left with a gift to remember the day. Meaningful career exposure goes far beyond just telling young people what is possible. It is about creating opportunities for them to experience these environments directly, build authentic connections, and picture themselves leading in those spaces in the future. We are so grateful to After School Matters, the Kith Chicago team, and everyone who helped create this experience.
